I had a trust in any cheverolet dealer. And that was the reason for me to buy a new vehicle from cheverolet. I bought a brand new 2016 model suburban. I knew 2 years or 24,000 miles (which ever comes first) oil change service is included with prices while buying a new cheverolet vehicle. But, in my case, I still don't know why that was done on me, there are only 2 oil change services included with the price I bought the vehicle while revising the documents at home. I was supposed to check each and every thing before I signed the purchasing documents, but, I didn't do that and just signed on every document trusting it is a cheverolet dealer. Its is known that buyers don't check each and every detail on documents while signing for purchasing, but untrusted dealers try to take advantage of this and cheat. .......not expected from a cheverolet dealer to do such silly things More

This was my very first new car purchase Scott and Russell were beyond fantastic! I have seriously never had better customer service in my entire life. This was my very first new car purchase and Scott and Russell did everything they could to get the car I wanted into the price range I wanted. Scott was honest, upfront, and extremely patient (he also had a great speaking voice!). Russell was personable and helpful. Once all the paperwork was done, Scott sat with me in my new Sonic to help me set up On-star and show me how to use all the features of the car. Throughout the entire experience I never felt as though I was being lied to or taken advantage of, they were both down to earth and understood my needs and concerns.
