DONE AND DUSTED IN GOOD TIME!! :) I went to the above dealer to have them look at my 3-year-old Dodge Van as the engine light had gone on! I had been thinking of trading her in and so I went to the above dealer to have them look at my 3-year-old Dodge Van as the engine light had gone on! I had been thinking of trading her in and so asked to speak with a sales person. I spoke to a gentleman called Scott (sorry Scott, cannot remember second name) and he was GREAT! Let me slow down here. I use a manual wheelchair and was about to purchase my 5th van from this dealer. I explained that I couldn't have fancy, didn't want to spend a lot of time haggling and I needed a good deal for my trade-in. Reason: I want to have this potentially new vehicle altered to be a handicap assisted van in about 6 months and that was going to cost me another $27,000.00. That being said the offer was made for the trade-in (there was some negotiation there from the Business Manager), but within 10 minutes I had a fair trade-in $$$-wise, picked out the new van, and within about 2 hours of rolling (pardon the pun there from a lady in a wheelchair) in I was a proud and satisfied owner of a 2017 Chrysler Van. I think the bottom line was, Scott and his associates saw and respected that I knew what I wanted and what I needed and set to---to make it happen. Scott could not of made this purchase any easier ... I would definitely recommend my other female and especially wheelchair-bound lady friends to drop by and work with Scott and the rest of your staff. By the way, the receptionist, she needs a thank you too! I had a very important business meeting to attend and she assisted me in getting my cancellation for this meeting dealt with. WHEN YOU WORK AS A TEAM THINGS GO BETTER!!! More
