We have gone to many dealerships and worked with many salespeople, and I can honestly say that Otto's BMW, and Scott Gately more specifically, is THE best that I have dealt with. Scott took the time to ask some questions and really understand what I was looking for, what was important to me (what's critical vs what's a nice to have, and what I definitely didn't want) and then did the research and came back to me with a car and a deal that fit exactly what we wanted. We have since bought 4 cars from Scott and every deal is equally as stress free and pleasant an experience that one could hope for. If you are looking for a BMW, there is only one place to go.
