The personal touch and genuinely helpful attitude started with a plug-in parking space for my other vehicle. A beautiful showcase for the vehicles makes it feel like you’re visiting them in the harmony of their natural habitat – no holding pens required – and one even might like to go home with you. My tour guide and supporting team for the habitat were exquisitely knowledgeable and exuded genuine respect for their charges. The presence of socks with a little attitude, only enhances this effect. In addition to a fantastic driving experience, the realization of a better than expected value, was the moment of peace. My visit to Otto’s BMW, not only resulted in an excellent vehicle that I think may have actually adopted me, it was a surprising and welcome opportunity to embrace my Zen. More

Otto’s does it again! I want to thank Ottos for another great purchasing experience. I sent a text expressing my interest in an X5 coming off lease. Scott took care of me a I want to thank Ottos for another great purchasing experience. I sent a text expressing my interest in an X5 coming off lease. Scott took care of me and called me immediately. The next day I bought the car. In and out in less than 90 minutes. Scott was the best. While waiting on the paper work a BMW genius ( not me of course) brought me up to speed. I will miss my previous 330i CPO that I traded in for the X5. However, on the test drive I fell in love with my new X5. I am a true believer in BMW and Ottos. There are other BMW dealers close to me, but I will always come to Ottos for their personal service. This is me second CPO. When I need to replace this X5, I will do it again with Ottos. My greatfull thanks goes out to Scott and Ottos staff. You’re the best. More

He makes the experience painless and time efficient. Scott knows that his customers don’t want the run around or to be constantly haggling on the price. We discussed what I wanted and worked together to make it happen. Additionally, when you come pick the car up, the paper work is minimal with no pressure on upselling as your time is valauable. Also, if you are returning a BMW, the turn in process is effortless, thanks to Scott and Wilmer. I have referred friends and family to Scott and Ottos and will continue to do so.
