Service was terrible, had our car for over 7 months, first told me it was an over the air update and to take it home, wouldn’t start, then to find out they needed to redo the electrical. Finally get the car back and they didn’t put screws in the splash guard so had to waste my time and day the following day to take it back. Service was terrible but Ford in general is even worse. Trading it in and never purchasing another car from ford again. More
