Still waiting. I purchased a brand new Nissan Maxima SR of of the showroom floor. My salesperson was great. A hinge broke on the panoramic sunroof. I took it in I purchased a brand new Nissan Maxima SR of of the showroom floor. My salesperson was great. A hinge broke on the panoramic sunroof. I took it in for service/repair on June 1sr, 2019. June 10th came and I received a call saying they would be in touch as soon as they could schedule my repair....as of July 3rd, 2019 I have not heard from the dealership about the damaged part being fixed .I am still waiting. Also, why did I receive a survey 2 days later asking if I was satisfied....this is very disappointing as a customer. You want over $40,000 for a product that has defects. I love the car and appreciate my salesperson, but I'm sick of waiting. More
