Brought my 2014 Altima twice here for service. Customer service was excellent. Service was done fast. Express oil change was charging 59.99-69.99 for oil change, while here at serra nissan it was 39.99-49. service was excellent. Service was done fast. Servicing of my 2018 Frontier SV 4x4 CrewCab Truck Matt and Amanda were outstanding Service Reps, the actual mechanic was very thorough and proffessional. Scott the Service Manager has always been helpful and willing to listen to any problems I had. All the people in the Service Dept were friendly and courteous, they have always made the visit for my Frontier's services a real pleasure. The entire group of service people have always gone out of their way to make sure that my truck was serviced fast and correctly. This is the main reason that I drive over 30 miles to use that Dealers service dept. when I could use a much closer Nissan dealer. More

Great service. The service was was fast for a Saturday. The service department accommodated me nicely with smiles and refreshments while I waited on my car to be serviced.
