Bought a $100,000 car and when I picked it up, the headlights were aimed down, BMW app did not work so they said take it home and try it. I live 550 miles away! It did not work and after 30 days, 2 i headlights were aimed down, BMW app did not work so they said take it home and try it. I live 550 miles away! It did not work and after 30 days, 2 injectors failed with one being in coolant. They topped off the coolant and spilled it in injectors. I was sent to another dealer who I had to pay $700 for the new injector and Schomp refused to pay for it. I spoke to Nevada, Ally, Scott, Derrick, and Nick. All refused to step up and pay the $700. Precertified does not mean anything when you buy it from them. $700 refusal when I just spent $100,000 plus I have bought 2 other cars there. No loyalty and no ownership of their mistakes! More
