From the moment I walked into Capital City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Scott made the entire process an absolute pleasure. Scott greeted me with zero pressure, listened to exactly what I needed (heavy towing, comfortable daily driver, and a few specific options), and found the perfect truck sitting on the lot. No games, no “let me check with my manager” runaround – just straight talk and honest numbers. He was upfront about every incentive, explained the warranty options clearly, and somehow still beat the best out-of-town offer I had by a solid margin. The finance process was the fastest I’ve ever experienced (in and out in under an hour, signed and driving). Scott even took the time to pair my phone, walk me through the Uconnect system, and load the bed with some complimentary tie-downs.
