Service Dept I called the Service Dept and asked the price of oil change and tire rotation and was happy to hear the cost of that service was very reasonable. I was told to come there and drop off my vehicle and they would give me a ride to and from work. The team was very friendly and helpful. More

Expert Customer Service My wife heard a noice at the front end of the car and thought it was the breaks. So I called and they had a full schedule, the person I talked to was My wife heard a noice at the front end of the car and thought it was the breaks. So I called and they had a full schedule, the person I talked to was able to squeeze us in. The problem was not the breaks but the wheel caliper, it was fixed in no time! I would reccomend Klaben !!! More

Great dealership experience We have been dealing with the service department for the past 4 years. We moved to Ohio from out of town and had a great repor with our other dealers We have been dealing with the service department for the past 4 years. We moved to Ohio from out of town and had a great repor with our other dealership and never expected to find another caring dealership. We are always treated very well. When it came time to trade in my F150 for a new one we were very happy with the trade offer and the price for the new F150. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. We had visited their local competition and didn't get half of the respect that Klaben showed Our salesman Chuck was pleasant to work with and never pressured us into anything. Car repair Took my car in for a check up and Klaben Ford found the issue and fixed the problem. I live out of town and they worked with me on the rental and had Took my car in for a check up and Klaben Ford found the issue and fixed the problem. I live out of town and they worked with me on the rental and had my car fixed right when they said it would be done. I could have gotten the work completed in Columbus where I live but i chose to keep the car in warren because I trusted they would do the right thing. More
