salesman JOHN DESANTIS very friendly the moment my wife and i walked in..he knew what we wanted and showed us numerous cars. the best kept secret at Wayne Akers Fors is a yound man named "Mattie,"the car and i walked in..he knew what we wanted and showed us numerous cars. the best kept secret at Wayne Akers Fors is a yound man named "Mattie,"the car we finally picked out Mattie walked us thru every details of the operation..he knew more about the car than the designner!..all in all good experience ..except for the fact there was no second keys available..i was told cost to much to take out of stock..sent a lock smith to my house$$$$$..they ordered me a spare tire (still waiting) postponed my trip unsafe..i we loved the new car glad your dealership could take care of us..for 42,000.00 i expected fewer problems like this.. regards terry More

Ppl and sales are great service is not - gougers. Had faulty AC cartridge - refused to honor warranty. Tried to bilk us for $1200. Took to another dealership - was a fraction to fix. So while sales Had faulty AC cartridge - refused to honor warranty. Tried to bilk us for $1200. Took to another dealership - was a fraction to fix. So while sales and support staff are great, and even service guys nice, the conditions and culture within the service side of the dealership are not long term thinking. More
