First car Worked again...with Mike McNally and Scott Blackford. This purchase was our oldest daughter's first "new" car, and things went brilliantly as expected Worked again...with Mike McNally and Scott Blackford. This purchase was our oldest daughter's first "new" car, and things went brilliantly as expected! Price point was great, interest rate was excellent. Couldn't have been happier with how she was treated. Once she got home with her "new" used Rav4, and overcame the initial shock. She was over the moon with her purchase! Hopefully we can have another experience just like this one, in another few years. Once our youngest daughter finishes College. More

Prior to going to the dealership, I had spoken with Scott and Trent regarding a specific vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. As soon as we entered the dealership, we were greeted by Trent. He showed me the vehicle that we had discussed and also introduced me to Scott. I then met with Landon and finished up the paperwork. Trent then spent quite a bit of time with me, showing me the many features of my new vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Gates Toyota.
