me my truck was worth $20,000 its on their lot for $27,800 (its the red 2010 dodge ram) then they charged me extra fees i was told were "free" i shook hands with mike gibson on $445 a month then he came back with $500 because they made a "mistake" all in all im paying $42,000 for a car worth $26,000 and toyota is making over $20,000 on my deal alone, now tell me how they can sleep at night knowing theyre screwing ppl like that. i guess thats how they afford the big new buildings they have.

yes, i was given $17,000 for a Truck that is worth $24,000. its on your lot now for $27,800. my pay off was $21,000 i was told the truck wasn't worth but $20,000(lied to) so that put me upside down in the truck, i bought a scion fr-s for 26,000 plus being upside down in the truck $4,000 put me at $31,000 plus all the taxes, and the auto butler and "free" oil changes that i was charged $800 for. I am going to be paying $42,000 for a car worth $26,000. All in all toyota will be making over $20,000 total on my deal. that's a little ridiculous. i would love to NOT give you bad reviews on dealerrater, facebook and twitter because i do not like doing things like that but if they do not care about my money then i dang sure do not care about their jobs. if you refund me the $4000 i deserved for my truck we would be great. i do NOT like being lied to. i was told nothing about any of the extra charges i was also paying for(scott begley). i also shook hands with mike gibson on my payment being $445 a month, then he comes back with $500 a month! i should have stopped the deal right there but boy do they have a way of making you think you're getting a good deal. everyone keeps passing the blame on to someone else, yet im screwed paying for a car that isnt worth as much as the truck i traded in. i would love to sit down with someone who knows what theyre talking about and work this out.

They came to my house and took the car I bought from them. Last week got the payment books in the mail for new car too, so another lie caught them in.
