scheduled free maintenance i have been leasing my cars from you since 1999. However I was very, very, very disappointed with your total COVID-19 compliance for your employees i have been leasing my cars from you since 1999. However I was very, very, very disappointed with your total COVID-19 compliance for your employees., I could not believe the lack of caring or training/knowledge. Men going in the bathroom at the same time; no masks; dumping your old coffee over the counter into the sink; leaving a personal cup on the water cooler when going to the bathroom. Sales personal right next to the guest and not having a mask on. Washing cups etc. without gloves on............and more. A few were very trained and considerate...........but you only received 50% from me. I manage multi-family housing and we even take temps each day and wear masks (even) during leasing appointments. More

Great service, they offered alternate solutions to the problem, and actually recommended the least expensive. Really appreciated that!
