For a person who dreads the process of buying a vehicle, I was floored by my recent experience at Williamson Honda. It was so easy! When I narrowed it down to two, we sat down and crunched the numbers to get an idea of the monthly payment. I felt that my best interests were always the main focus of this transaction, never the sale for the dealership. They handled the financing on the spot and the paperwork took less than an hour. Pleasant as this may have been, there is more. The vehicle I purchased was brand new to the lot and needed to go through the service department. They gave it a thorough check up that included an oil change, fixed a broken door latch, and installed new brakes and tires all included in my purchase price. On top of that, Greg handed over the keys to a brand new Honda Accord for me to drive on loan until my vehicle was ready the following week! Maybe this is standard procedure, but I had never imagined this level of customer care. I highly recommend Williamson Honda as a great place to buy a car. More

The staff were all very polite, regardless if they were working with us or just passing us in the hal not feel pressured in any way, shape, or form. He found the exact car I wanted, went above and beyond in having it signed and delivered within 2 days - on Christmas Eve - and made me feel like his #1 priority. He teamed with Scott Barr in finance to give me the red carpet treatment. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was completely comfortable. Jason was very respectful of what I was looking for and made me aware of all my options without making me feel pressured. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles available on the lot. When it came time to talk numbers, I was offered a fair price right away without feeling that I was being taken advantage of. Jason helped me to find the car that was right for ME and I was able to walk away with a 2011 Civic LX that I absolutely love. Overall, I am just very impressed that Jason was able to make this experience about me, the way it truly should be when you are looking for a car.
