As we walked into Bettenhausen we were greeted with a big hello from Micah and his staff. I turned to my family and said this is totally different from our first dealership we had been to. Micah asked us what he could do for us, after telling him what we were looking he proceeded to get us a salesman Scott Abramowicz, before we knew it there was a vehicle similar to what we were looking for, here’s the keys we were told and take it for a ride!! Upon our return we tweeted some of the equipment and there it was our new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited!!! Before you knew it the I’s were dotted and the t’s were crossed we were our way home with our new car!! Thank you Micah Neely and Scott Abramowicz for all your help!!! More

In my over 30 years of driving, I've purchased no fewer than 20 vehicles, and this experience was by far the most pleasant, satisfying purchase I've been a part of - bar none. Scott was courteous, professional and efficient. There was no back and forth haggling. No, "let me go check with my manager on that..." From start to finish Scott, Micah and the entire team made sure I was satisfied with my experience, When they didn't have the Trim and Color I was looking for, they went out of their way to find the EXACT vehicle I requested and did so in less than a day, There really was NONE of the traditional car buying bull that occurs at every other dealership. In the past I always left the dealer wondering if I got the best deal. Did I negotiate well enough? Did I leave money on the table? I can say with 100% honesty that those thoughts NEVER crossed my mind during or after this transaction, Bottom line...if you are looking for an experience that truly is DIFFERENT, you have to look no further than Bettenhausen and Scott Abramowicz and the rest of the team there. It was a great experience buying the vehicle from them. They did not have a van on hand with the accessories that we wanted, so Scott looked all over the Chicago land area to find one, and had it brought to Bettenhausen for us. Scott kept me informed through the whole process. If I ever called him he was very prompt to return my call. I couldn't have asked for a more informed sales manager. This was our third new van from them and I would not hesitate to buy another. Also, Tenita Jackson went through the particulars of the electronics with us and got us going with all that.
