The only reason why I didn’t walk away from Paragon Honda was because of my sales representative, Sam Kolar. Sam went above and beyond when assisting my family in finding a right vehicle and being profession was because of my sales representative, Sam Kolar. Sam went above and beyond when assisting my family in finding a right vehicle and being professional and empathetic from start to end. I only have great things to say about Sam and he was one of the deciding factors in purchasing a vehicle from Paragon. Unfortunately the same level of professionalism is not exhibited from management, if it wasn’t for Sam being there we would not have finalized a vehicle today. If you do decide to go to Paragon ask for Sam! As for the sales rep, Sam Kolar, 5/5 stars. As for Paragon Honda 3/5 stars: management wasn’t as friendly, came off as rude. Also, numerous vehicles on the lot were either sold or had no title, so could not be considered to be bought until after Sam speaking with management to confirm the vehicle status. No indication on the vehicles itself showing no title/could not be bought. More
