I was very skeptical about visiting the dealership since the car I saw online was out of my budget. They were very willing to still meet with me and find something that works for me. My initial contact was with Juan Minier and he was great! The other staff were nice and welcoming. He was very pleasant to work with. They offer you water or coffee and make you feel comfortable. After two days I came back to purchase my 2017 civic!!! I am so happy with my purchase! My car and all the other cars on the lot are like new conditions and Honda certified! What I liked the most was that this dealership doesn’t try to scam you or charge crazy dealership fees. This was very refreshing especially after just leaving a dealership that tried to charge nearly 3 thousand dollars in dealer fees. Another thing that meant a lot was that they didn’t have me waiting at all before meeting with me and my purchase process was effortless! I had first found the car I was interested in online on their website, called to confirm that it was still at the dealership which they said it was, and made an appointment for that day itself. From the time I arrived to the time I left, all the staff I interacted with were all very polite. Nobody was pushy. The used car I was interested in (and eventually purchased) was in great condition. The dealership honored the internet price that was on their website (which was less than their sticker price), which was good. My only main complaint with the dealership was the amount of time I spent there just sitting and waiting for their staff to get all the paperwork ready for me to purchase the car. I spent 4 hours there from start to finish, and probably 1.5-2 hours was strictly spent just sitting and waiting (hence why I subtracted a star). More
