I had first found the car I was interested in online on their website, called to confirm that it was stil Overall, my experience at Paragon was great. I had first found the car I was interested in online on their website, called to confirm that it was still at the dealership which they said it was, and made an appointment for that day itself. From the time I arrived to the time I left, all the staff I interacted with were all very polite. Nobody was pushy. The used car I was interested in (and eventually purchased) was in great condition. The dealership honored the internet price that was on their website (which was less than their sticker price), which was good. My only main complaint with the dealership was the amount of time I spent there just sitting and waiting for their staff to get all the paperwork ready for me to purchase the car. I spent 4 hours there from start to finish, and probably 1.5-2 hours was strictly spent just sitting and waiting (hence why I subtracted a star). More
