We looked at several used cars, and he was always honest and transparent about any flaws instead of trying to hide them. He even arranged to have a car brought over from storage, and it ended up being exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to explain the car and all of its features without ever making me feel pressured to make a decision. I truly appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and patience.
