Horrible, Un-knowlegdable and Pushy Salesman The salesman we had made our experience horrible. He was working with another lady while also trying to work with us. We showed up with a car in mind The salesman we had made our experience horrible. He was working with another lady while also trying to work with us. We showed up with a car in mind and he did work really quickly to get us keys to test drive the car. Upon our arrival back we had some concerns about the car. We looked at a Pruis and the battery was draining very quickly. Also the passenger side mirror was limited in its mobility and the speaker for the Bluetooth was hanging out of the ceiling. He wrote down our concerns and got a mechanic involved right away which was nice. The trouble began when he told us he would glue the speaker to the ceiling, not properly fix it but glue it. I then told him that I wasn't really interested and instead of coming up with other options he took offense and continued to ask why. I explained to him that the car wasn't very comfortable and he interrupted me and told me I could buy memory foam seat covers?? Then I told him that I wanted a car my husband could drive and he said we should push the seat all the way back and buy mirror extensions. He kept suggesting that I buy additional things to make the car I was going to buy what I wanted. I tried to explain to him that I have suffered through 5 years of having a car that I didn't want because I was pressured into buying it and his response?? Did I want to finance or did I have cash??? Are you kidding me?? I finally got up and said I wasn't interested. He then chased my husband and I back to our car and blantly lied to me about how we could look at a civic, that it got 40 mpg. Now I'm not dumb, I did my research and know very well that Honda Civic don't get 40 mpg. My husband and I just got in the car, closed the door and drove off without responding to him. Worst experience ever. I got my last car at JD Byrider and absolutely hate them, but at least the customer service was better. More
