Great Experience! Drove from Cleveland TN b/c of the better selection of trucks. Greeted right away by Sapphire. She gave us space and time to look around, but was close enough so we didnt have to look for her when we had questions. I had to leave the truck overnight so service dept. could install step bars. I was very pleased when she called to let me know the status of the install since we were driving so far. She called again when the truck was ready for me to pickup. That level of customer service is why this was my 2nd truck I've bought from Carl Black, and why I will come back again in the future. More
