Brought my down payment up after my pickup was finally totaled, signed the paperwork for it, couldn’t pick it up till I had insurance on it was having to wait till I got my birth certificate so I could ge totaled, signed the paperwork for it, couldn’t pick it up till I had insurance on it was having to wait till I got my birth certificate so I could get my Georgia ID finally get all that done then your fiancé team have me sign all new paperwork, then tell me the next that the financing was pulledbut not to worry you had more lenders, this whole time I can’t get a license plate on it cause I can’t get the registration from you guys, and oh yeah the car shimmy’s at 70mph. This sucks More

Disappointed! Recently purchased a 2016 suburban. We were told it had 4 wheel drive. It did not. We were given 1 key, but were told there were 2. There was not two. We called, left messages, etc. Managers di told it had 4 wheel drive. It did not. We were given 1 key, but were told there were 2. There was not two. We called, left messages, etc. Managers did not call us back like we were told they would Did receive an email saying we bought the car so should enjoy it! We received no compensation for these lies what so ever. I have bought all my vehicles from Carl Black since moving to GA. This includes 2 Hummers and a Trail Blazer. Needless to say I will NOT be buying anymore vehicles there. Either will any of our aquantices. Very disappointed!!!!! More
