Is this your phone number (718) 578-8993? That is the number we texted. The text was from 5/22 at 11:53. I understand if you did not know about the turn in fee but that comes from the bank who held the lease. Did you turn in a Hyundai or another brand? We do not get that money, it goes directly to the bank you had the lease with. I apologize if you were not explained about turning in the car you would have a fee, but it is on your lease contract from the other bank. Did you just get the bill? Did you call to speak to anyone at the dealership about this prior to today? I ask so that I know if Fawad and Sandra ignore it, which would be reason for this review.

This happened on 05/21/19. All the paperwork has been signed, there is nothing that can be done. I spent almost $20,000 buying a certified preowned 2017 Sante Fe and yet had to come out of pocket for a turn in fee and your dealership, or auto giant themselves, basically is making money on a lease I gave to your dealership. And this was on top of the $3,000 down I gave as well. I was told my car was "worth nothing". You should look up my information and find the manager who approved my monthly payments and never let him speak to customers. I was appalled with his tone. I was trying to get lower payments, which every person does, and he was very rude. I even tried to explain that I have excellent credit and to tell me how much with he lowest interest rate and he presumed I would be lying or exaggerating. I should not have had to go to the desk and negotiate with the manager, that is the sales persons job. There is nothing to fix in my situation unless you are going to refund me my paid turn in fee of $380, since a profit was made, or speak to the manager. This all would have went smoothly if Joe Mankuski at Toyota was able to sell me the car from Hyundai dealership. I had worked with him before and he was amazing and honest and helpful and respectful and had excellent customer service skills. He was not allowed by that manager to help us with the Hyundai, even though Joe was the only reason we returned to Atlantic. - Melissa Blumlein

That message was not me and is impossible because if you also look at your records I picked up the car on the 22nd the next morning I was in your dealership from 9am to almost 11:30 am. You can ask fowad and Sandra that I was there. so I don’t know what kind of system you are using but that was not my response. I receive the text and phone calls but I did not answer them.
