My dealing with Atlantic was a pleasure and a most memorable experience . Sandra was tops !!! The process was so smooth and so efficient, from choosing the car , signing the contract and all ne memorable experience . Sandra was tops !!! Sandra is THE BEST. She is an excellent sales person and Sandra is THE BEST. She is an excellent sales person and works very hard to get the customers what they want. If your goal is to leave in a new car, Sandra is THE BEST. She is an excellent sales person and works very hard to get the customers what they want. If your goal is to leave in a new car, Sandra will put you in it. This is the fouth new car that we have bought from Atlantic and we have always gone through Sandra. This time around Mike Toomey was very helpful. He changed the plates from the old to the new, showed us the ins and outs of the new car, and even cleaned our plates with Windex because they a little dirty. What we really like about Atlantic is, you buy a car and while you wait, you get fed. On Saturday, it was Pizza. You can't beat it. More

I went to see Sandra after have a not so pleasant experience at another Hyundai dealership. She couldn't have been more helpful. Sandra Redway is an exemplary employee. Had it been for her alone, the overall rating would have been 5 or greater. The Sales Manager (Percy?) was extremely friendly and professional. Jeff in Finance was her alone, the overall rating would have been 5 or greater. The Sales Manager (Percy?) was extremely friendly and professional. Jeff in Finance was also very knowledgeable and professional. The issue was the inordinate amount of time it took once I had decided on a car. I took longer than expected to choose my car as Ms. Redway did her best to educate me on the best care for my needs. I had not bought a new care in 20 years. But once the decision was made the process was slow and laborius. Perhaps there can be a review of the process in order to lessen the down time buyers spend wodering around the Showroom. Thank you for your time and attention. More

I bought a new/ used car from this dealership (for $20,000+) and encountered a significant mechanical problem with the brakes 10 DAYS after I purchased the car. The problem rendered the car immovable $20,000+) and encountered a significant mechanical problem with the brakes 10 DAYS after I purchased the car. The problem rendered the car immovable. It occurred at 5 pm on a weekday. When I called the dealership to inquire about towing the vehicle to them and picking up a loaner vehicle, I was told to call hyundai's 800 number and that since service was had closed at 4 pm no loaner vehicle would be provided to me. So much for the supposed 24 hour roadside assistance! Over the course of the following 3 hours, I spoke with multiple customer service reps, a manager or two, and my salesperson; each one listened, said they were sorry and then put me on hold for over 10 minutes, which caused my cellphone to die. When I finally arrived at the dealership, the manager was very passive- aggressive, and at points nasty. The only helpful thing that was done for me occurred when an underling gave me a ride home so that my 9 months pregnant wife did not have to wake up our two small children and drive a half hour each way to retrieve me. I had to take a half day off of work and am curious to see how long the repair will take and whether all issues (rotor, caliper, and rim) will be repaired. Bottom line, I am certain to dissuade the 300+ employees that work in my building to avoid this dealership at all costs. They have no problem making you feel like a number and are not even slightly embarrassed when something they have sold has a serious/ dangerous mechanical failure 10 DAYS AFTER THEY HAVE SOLD IT TO YOU!!! You will get better service at any other dealership. More

Hi, the reason I give this Dealership such a high rating is because the people that I dealt with there are like family. They always look you in the eye when you speak, they listen. The reason I gave overall experience a 4 instead of a 5 was because there was a little too much sense of urgency to get me out of the door with a car, that night. Not only did I not plan on spending 2.5 hours in the dealership, but leasing a car at this juncture in my life is a big decision--the speeding along of the process, while it may have been well-intentioned, did make me feel a big uneasy at times. Also, while I rated the deal as great, and it was, it took a lot of bargaining to get at that point. If I didn't show up with my dad, there is no way I would have walked out with the same deal. So I greatly appreciate the dealership "hooking me up," so to speak; but would I have have been given a similar deal if I didn't negotiate it? Probably not. Sandra was really nice and made everything easy. She did a tremendous job. Percy was really cool too. He greeted my dad and me in a very friendly way, made us feel comfortable, and ended up giving us a very good deal, which I'm thankful for. Thanks everybody. More

What a wonderful experience me and my husband had at Atlantic Automall. SANDRA REDWAY is the best!!! She is extremely knowledgeable, very patient, and most of all NOT PUSHY. I have made several trips Atlantic Automall. SANDRA REDWAY is the best!!! She is extremely knowledgeable, very patient, and most of all NOT PUSHY. I have made several trips to Atlantic Automall over the past week with questions, concerns and most importantly trying to decide which car to go with. She gave me all the information I needed and then let me go home and discuss it with my husband. She did not PUSH me to make a decision. My husband needs time to process the information and doesn't make a snap decision about anything. He loved the way the Sonata drove and we ended up walking out with 2 Sonata's. He said he had to have one too. Sandra gave us a deal we could not refuse. We have bought 4 Hyundai's from Sandra over the years because she is the way she is. I will keep buying my cars at Atlantic Automall as long as Sandra Redway is my salesperson. More

To be honest when I first came in there was a bit of confusion as to any previous knowledge about me or my discussions about price that I had via e-mails and phone calls being the person I spoke with wa confusion as to any previous knowledge about me or my discussions about price that I had via e-mails and phone calls being the person I spoke with was not there and I was a bit annoyed. But by the end of my experience with Sandra and the staff, I was totally impressed. We love our new Sonata and will be recommending Atlantic to others. More
