He provided detailed information, answered all my questions clearly, and was very direct and transparent — which I really appreciated. There was no pressure, just honest and straightforward communication. Sandra was also wonderful to work with. She made everything smooth and easy from start to finish. He was very passive aggressive in explaining everything and when I asked him why it seemed so serious/uptight he responded in a passive aggressive way saying “we’re actually the most laid back dealership I and when I asked him why it seemed so serious/uptight he responded in a passive aggressive way saying “we’re actually the most laid back dealership I’ve ever worked at” after he had gotten upset about me asking questions about the car I own. He had a trenchcoat and clear painted nails and seemed like he wanted to act the part of the boss instead of improve somebody’s experience. I normally don’t write reviews like this but Mercedes is a very prestige corporation to be having this behavior at a position that isn’t a starting one. I’m a younger guy so maybe he assumed I’m immature or don’t have money but either way I think some customer support training would be beneficial More

I recently purchased a 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLB from Mercedes-Benz of Santa Rosa, and it was a world-class experience from start to finish. Honestly, I wish there were 6 or 7-star options available beca Mercedes-Benz of Santa Rosa, and it was a world-class experience from start to finish. Honestly, I wish there were 6 or 7-star options available because 5 stars just doesn't seem like enough to describe how well I was treated. The Personal Touch You can really tell that this is a family-owned dealership. Unlike the big corporate stores, there is a genuine personal touch here that makes you feel like part of the family. The service reflected that warmth and care at every step. A "Dream Team" The deal I got on my GLB was awesome, but the people were even better. A huge thank you to Sandra Amador-she was my salesperson and was patient and knowledgeable, helping me find the right vehicle for me. Herbert Schonian and Rick Stuflick, the sales managers, helped me get a deal that was better than I hoped for finding special incentives that weren't even on Mercedes' website. And Erin Mahre in Finance was very professional taking time to explain the ridiculous amount of paperwork. These four individuals are the gold standard of customer service. They were professional, transparent, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. It wasn’t just a transaction; they made sure the entire process was seamless and stress-free. My New Ride The 2025 GLB is incredible—the perfect blend of luxury and utility. I walked away not only with a vehicle I love but with the peace of mind that I bought it from a local business that truly cares about its reputation and its customers. If you are in the market for a Mercedes-Benz or other luxury vehicle, do yourself a favor and head to Santa Rosa. They will take amazing care of you! More

It was a nice and clean dealership, the waiting area could have been a little nicer. At first, I had trouble receiving communication, but thankfully that was resolved. could have been a little nicer. At first, I had trouble receiving communication, but thankfully that was resolved. More
