The vehicle we purchased was not on their lot, Sandy looked into it, got back to me within an hour with results, and told me a game plan. With the help of her and Andrew they made the car buy experience very easy and non stressful. Also with being four plus hours away makes a little harder, they treated the car like it was their own, and understood all our concerns we had. They had a driver meet us half way without any problem. NO PROBLEM for J After a long internet search, we found the car we wanted at Auto Park Ford. Unfortunately, Auto Park is over 600 miles from my home. NO PROBLEM for Jackie and the team. We were able to negotiate terms, get loan approval, work out meeting details, and verify the car components and features over the phone, text messages and internet forms. All of this while I was traveling for work. So instead of flying home after a business trip, I flew to Kalamazoo. Auto Park arranged for someone to pick me up at the airport and drive me their facility. Knowing that I had a 10 hour drive ahead of me, the team made sure that I was in and out in less than 2 hours, including test drive. The test drive was no problem because the car was EXACTLY as described. Zero surprises. Jackie allowed me to evaluate the car on my own, and then was there to answer any questions I had. Great balance of interaction. This transaction was the smoothest car buying deal I have had in 20 years. Oh, and the price was the best price for the make and model year I could find anywhere.
