How can a dealership function at a level of literally lie, hold records back from customers, claim extremely used cars are new. True they have a great body shop, just paving the way to such abuse, corruption of the NY dealership considerations. A used car even if not formally registered, must have all records for cars available to prospective buyers. A new car is not a new car that was licensed out to a commercial business towing... dents, scratches covered up as if they didn't happen.
If a car is used as a loaner, rent a car, or, it is no longer new, its used. Cars with over 500 miles is no longer new, and certainly over 7000 miles, is a used car/truck.
Beware of this company. If a used car is mixed in to their new cars, its difficult to weed them out, nor should a customer need to go through the time to explore used cars peppered throughout the new cars.
This is an old con revised to con customers today. There are good dealers our there, this is not one of them.

It took me what seemed like forever in xxxx just to get part of the trucks records that i tried not to purchase.
I wanted to make a deal for a truck that was advertised as having 4000 miles, dealer demo.
Undisclosed to me the truck had 7200 miles, then the accidents, a shredded tire, broken glass, and more.
They told me to bring a cashiers check, i did, for a deposit. I had both questions and reservations. But once they got me, a 70 year old women into a small room, there was no talking. 3 more big men came in. Then the talking stopped.
The financial manager started going through digital pages on a screen off to my left. I never had time to read them. As he kept reaching around marking pages that have areas for either my signature or initial. When i asked what he's marking and printing out, he said, 'its the trucks owners manual. "
When i tried to take my check and leave, one of the bigger guys walked over pushing me down into my seat, not letting me leave until they finished completing paperwork selling a truck to me i didn't want.
I knew something was really wrong. Once they released me from the room with the owners manual. I was deposited outside with the truck. My car was gone.
The truck in sunlight, showed several dents, a gash in the front tire, a broken windshield, none of the sensors functioned. That was the beginning of my hell.
They just forced me to purchase a year old car, with 7200 miles, obviously driven hard, as a NEW CAR at full retail price. $20,000 over value. I lost my retirement money.
The owner offered me some coupons with discounts on them to mitigate the physical assault and theft of $20,000 from a female senior citizen. A 70 year old that cant go back and save another $20,000 stolen from me.
Yes. I have records, text, email, voice recordings. There was video of their crimes, verified by 3 people there. Now the video disappeared. Erased.
The erasing of that video is a crime in itself.
