I couldn’t be happier with the team I worked with and the experience overall. Samo and Jake were incredible and their synergy was next level. Even with time-sensitive decisions, they made sure we were always aligned on the same goal: a true win-win. I never felt pressured at any point. What stood out most was the follow-up. It’s been A+. I don’t think I’ve ever received this level of post-purchase care after a major transaction. These guys deserve a raise and should be kept around at all costs. Honestly, I never thought I’d say this about buying a car, but I won’t work with anyone else moving forward. The only part that gave me pause was during the final paperwork downstairs (this had nothing to do with Samo or Jake). The person I met with seemed visibly frustrated that I didn’t agree to the extra insurance options, even though they clearly didn’t apply to my situation. It felt like being told the sky was green when I knew it was blue. Nevertheless, it doesn’t change a thing when it comes to how happy I am. Samo and Jake absolutely stole the show. More
