I had not met her in person or ever spoken to her in the past, but had great experiences with the dealership on the RR we ordered from them just a year and a half prior. I returned her call, was interested, and within a month, had a new RR delivered to our summer home 1600 miles north of Ft Myers! She made it very easy! I had no idea she would have all my paperwork ready for signatures and even had 90% of most common things programmed in the vehicle before I arrived. She must know the importance of time for people especially on a late Saturday afternoon. This is rare in the car industry to have such a seamless experience.
