This will be our family's third Lexus from the same dealer and sales person. A few years ago I went to Sharon to see the wide selection of cars they had and was worried about gas prices and got my fir dealer and sales person. I was impressed with the dealership and especially with my sales person Sam Prusack. I lucked out getting someone that I connected to and did not pressure me. He took me around the dealership and I was impressed with the high class of everyone and everything I saw. I am so happy with my experience when I came home to talk about it my wife wanted to go the next time I went down. Keep in mind I live in Northern Vermont and it four hours to Sharon. My wife end up getting a HS250H because she did not want the same car as mine a CT200H. We have both had great experiences at Herb Chambers of Lexus that when I got the itch to upgrade my car I went back to Sharon and was so happy Sam was there to work with again. I'm getting my ES300H in a couple of days. Please go directly to Sharon for a Lexus and ask for Sam Prusack you wont be disappointed. More

Sam Prusak was our salesman at Herb Chambers Lexus., We felt from the moment we entered the dealership that we were welcomed. Our Sales Rep, Sam Prusak, is so friendly and delightful to work with. He is very knowledgeable with the vehicles that we are interested in and extremely patience when answering all my questions & concerns. After we narrowed down the vehicles with the options/colors we wanted, the negotiation process (I have a trade-in) is quick and painless. Our Business Manager, Clayton Zak, is also extremely pleasant to work with. He walked us through the financial process in such details, explained all options we have, educated us on diff additional protection/warranty packages available and, that's the best part, let us decide what to purchase, if interested, without feeling any pressure at all! That's very important to me as I've walked out of pushy dealerships for quite a few times... Bottom line, this is the best car purchasing experience that I have. I do not regret my decision of coming to this dealership as I have to drive pass two other Lexus Dealers from home to come to this one. I haven't had any experience with their service dept yet but I do hope they will have the same courtesies and professionalism to their customers. I am looking forward to work with Sam & Clayton again on my additional vehicle when the time comes! More

He also looped in the Sales Manager, Rocco Saghbini, when they realized they had a better car (with navigation) on the lot that they were willing to negotiate down the price. I felt I got exactly what I was looking for at a very fair price. I was able to pick up my car the following evening. It was a painless and pleasant process. More
