The gentleman that assisted me when I was there was Sam Mercado. He was very polite and took good care of me. He told me something about noise in my front wheel. I told him I will be back the end of the Mercado. He was very polite and took good care of me. He told me something about noise in my front wheel. I told him I will be back the end of the month to take care of it. Hopefully, next time I will be given a diagnostic report so I can keep up. More

I had an oil change scheduled at 8 am it was not completed until 11a. I would have liked someone coming in and explaining why it was taking so long. Normally it takes 45 min. They greet you when arriving for service. They treat your needs as a priority for them to take care of the problem. They have a very comfortable waiting area if you decide to wait.
