Friendly, clean, customer-focused. Ryan Dineen was personable, professional, and took all the time I needed to choose the model and make of the car I purchased. The only real feedback I have is not about the sales person, who was great, but the arrangement of the desk at which the transaction took place. I came in the South entrance and Ryan was sitting at the desk to my right. It was a sunny day and I was positioned so that I was looking directly into the sun (looking south). My suggestion is to reconfigure the desk so that the customer is sitting with her or his back to the sun. It would make for a much more pleasant experience. More
