The reason is very simple; high ethics and transparency with the numbers when negotiating/closing your deal. It is great that I can call her or anyone in her staff and get a detailed statement of your purchase and work with her your numbers. She cares about your budget. Definitely a great Sales Manager. If God allows, see you in a few years again! More

She responded almost immediately any time I had a question, even took various videos of the car and sent them to me since I couldn't see the helpful! She responded almost immediately any time I had a question, even took various videos of the car and sent them to me since I couldn't see the car in person. Sam picked me up from the airport, took me for a test drive, and completed the sale, all on her day off (Sunday.) After the sale she's continued to answer my questions via text and email quickly. Can't recommend her highly enough and will reach out to Sam before looking elsewhere when I'm looking to buy in the future! More

Whole sales event took over four hours, much of which was spent sitting waiting. This could have been more efficient. Almost no explanation of the documents to be signed even though some removed actions I c spent sitting waiting. This could have been more efficient.
