Bought my first Lexus early August. Love my CPO RX 350. I would give half of my experience 2 stars (Sam and Jazmin) and the other half 5 plus stars (finance/Jordan, tech review Wade). I haven’t lost all hope would give half of my experience 2 stars (Sam and Jazmin) and the other half 5 plus stars (finance/Jordan, tech review Wade). I haven’t lost all hope in doing business at Lexus of Brookfield, but I would definitely try to work with other sales associates than I experienced. I can only assume from now on that folks like Wade and Jordan are more of the norm than the exception. More

By the time we were finished purchasing our new vehicle we really got to know Sam, no pressure working with him at all! It was a pleasure talking with Joe! Verbie was very professional and explained everything very thoroughly. And Wade showed us all we needed to know about all the settings in the car. There are so many, we may need a refresher and he gladly told us to come back any time. I do not enjoy purchasing new vehicles but at Lexus Brookfield, they made it a fun experience, THANK YOU! More
