Copies of paperwork had different info on each copy. We were given another clients paper to sign, cost of the vehicle varied on each paper. It was a horrible experience. We would never go back there again.
To top it all off, they forgot to take our down-payment. We waited a few days for their call, but no luck. I called them back and let them know and mentioned that the earliest I could come in was on the weekend. I then got nasty text messages saying they would report the car stolen if I did not come in right away. I finally talked to Vonnie in the finance dept, who apologized for thier behavior and worked with me.
