Knowledgeable friendly staff greet you at the Service doors and get you started. Updates of service are on cellphone which I really appreciate. I was in for recall part that took less time than expected. They included a needed car wash for the inconvenience of recall. As a single senior I am very comfortable with my Honda Service Department dealings - that's not the way a woman used to feel when dealing with auto services. lol More
