I usually don’t write reviews but I'm making an exception after visiting Mazda Koeppel in Long Island City, Queens. I just purchased a 2020 Mazda CX 9 Grand Touring Model. I test drove this vehicle at anothe after visiting Mazda Koeppel in Long Island City, Queens. I just purchased a 2020 Mazda CX 9 Grand Touring Model. I test drove this vehicle at another dealership and searched around for different offers, however, I was not satisfied with my results. I then decided to travel about 60 miles to Koeppel Mazda in Long Island City on Northern Blvd to check them out and could not have been more pleased. I called the dealership before travelling there and spoke with Mr. Saiful Islam, the sales manager. We spoke about the vehicle and he told me he had it in stock and if not, he could acquire it. I met with him yesterday and he showed me the car and educated me about the various options and trim levels. He also briefed me on the Mazda brand in general and the Koeppel Mazda family. He was very honest, straightforward and there were no hidden fees or bait and switch tactics that I have experienced elsewhere in the past. After meeting with him, he put me in contact with the assistant sales manager, Mr. Jim Mendez who was also a pleasure to deal with. Before taking ownership of the vehicle the following day, Jim took the time to explain each detail of my new Mazda, including setting up my cell phone, setting up various addresses in the navigation system, setting up blue tooth as well as taking the time out to affix my EZ pass tag to the windshield. It was a pleasure conducting business at Koeppel Mazda. In my opinion, the staff go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied and happy with their purchase such as myself. More

Upon arrival we reviewed the numbers and they were as expected to the penny, When it was time to take delivery, our new CX-5 was waiting for us in the showroom perfectly prepared and we were taken through all of the features of the car and all of our questions were answered.
