In a new car market where inventory is slim Jim went out of his way to get the make, model, trim level and even color we wanted via d our exceptions. In a new car market where inventory is slim Jim went out of his way to get the make, model, trim level and even color we wanted via dealer trade. We had a few questions that were quickly answered, then Emmylea took us through the entire dashboa explaining all of new controls on our 2023 Hybrid! We had a few questions that were quickly answered, then Emmylea took us through the entire dashboard, explaining how and when to use the various features. Best 30 minutes we spent in a long time with a sales/support person - 10x better than the "Genius" at an Apple Genius Bar. :-) Thanks, Emmylea! More
