WIll say anything to get the sale and lie about promises I purchased a brand new Fiat 500c Abarth from them. It came in with a chipped up hood on it and I was promised it would be "taken care" of. They broug I purchased a brand new Fiat 500c Abarth from them. It came in with a chipped up hood on it and I was promised it would be "taken care" of. They brought in a guy to "touch up" the chips and the hood should have been repainted. FCA pays for this on new vehicles. They are stating that they never agreed to this and I said many times that I will go ahead and purchase the car (even though it was not the same as the one they showed me photos of) as long as the hood was repainted. They stated that a Perfect Finish guy would be working on the car and failed to inform me that it was not to repainted. I also only got one key fob and it took them over a month to get me another one. I called today and they have had the keyfob for over a week and mailed it out yesterday. I expect 100% to be taken care of or I am contacting the BBB, the Indiana Attorney General and I am also already on the phone with Fiat / FCA trying to get a satisfactory resolution. They never return phone calls, they always give you the run around and I WOULD NEVER recommend anyone to buy from them. It is sad too because I have purchased from them in the past and always had great service but this is just down right pathetic. They wait until the very last second to respond to BBB complaints and still lie. They did send me my key fob 2 MONTHS AFTER I bought the vehicle and I had to PAY for the postage. It wasn't wrapped to protect, just thrown into an envelope too. DO NOT buy from this place. Their Facebook page is full of negative reviews and they delete visitor posts when they know they are wrong! More

Being in the New York area, I had a ton of different dealers I could check out but nobody had the combination of the car I wanted at the right price with the assurance that the Viper was handled properly in their care. After trying to many dealers, It was a pleasure to call Glenbrook and speak with Ken on the phone. He was knowledgeable about the car, and was able to answer all my questions about the condition of the Viper. The car was stored indoors and kept in immaculate condition at the dealership and I had confidence that the Glenbrook team knew how special the Viper is and treated it thusly. I made an offer and within minutes I had worked out, effortlessly, an incredibly good deal for the perfect car. I was elated, and right after the call I bought the first flight out to Fort Wayne that I could take. Ken was waiting at the airport when we got in, drove us to the dealer in a brand new Chrysler 300, and the car was waiting for us, exactly as described when I got there. Perhaps the fact that we ended up staying and chatting for well over an hour with the entire team once we got there speaks to how good of an experience we had. Glenbook is a phenomenal dealership whether it be for a Dart or a Hellcat, I won't hesitate to fly in and drive back my next Fiat or Chrysler product. An absolute A+ experience. More

John Kinney, my very competent and hard working salesman, introduced me to the 2014 Chrysler Town & Country. After 2 months on the road, I can't tell you how satisfied I am with my purchase. This minivan has so many features that accommodate my situation: blind spot monitoring, automatic windshield wipers, sensors for parking and high beams, and a wide range of controls on the steering wheel. And my minivan comes with other cool features like Bluetooth audio with song data from Slacker radio service that transfers to the console as well. John coordinated the transfer of the vehicle that had all the features I wanted from a dealership in Ohio and also transported my vehicle to the mobility installation shop. Matt McKibben made sure I experienced top notch service all along the way. Thanks guys! More

I worked with Brad Moore and Ryan Tuttle on purchasing my 2013 Dodge Ram. In my opinion they both went above and beyond to make the experience pleasurable and also going the extra mile to get the financing where I wanted! Could'nt be happier with my purchase or my buying experience! More
