We talked through everything I needed including the oil change, recall information and warranty work. Then we agreed on a price and I signed the paperwork. That was a Friday. I had to call the following Tue change, recall information and warranty work. Then we agreed on a price and I signed the paperwork. That was a Friday. I had to call the following Tuesday to find out what was going on since they never called me. They tried to charge me for what was warranty when I went to pick up. We initially agreed on $22.95 just for them to try and bill me almost $570. They also altered the document I signed that had my price after I signed it. I ended up paying over $80 when it was said and done after I argued. We do not recommend them. More

The female clerk was wonderful! Attentive, cheerful, courtious and very knowledgable. I am not computer savvy. I had a coupon to download. They did it. Even to let me use his I phn. But They helped me. Pressed for time as vehicles started to lineup. They went beyond making me comfortable physically. My mind as well. Excellent service when you feel at home. I will continue to be a return customer. And as always, a clean waiting room, nice atmosphere with snacks ...a very nice touch. My 7yr old grandaughter made a little friend. Thank you.
