Phenominal Buying Experience My family and I recently drove from Lawton to buy a Chevy Traverse and a used Ford Mustang at David Stanley Chevrolet of Norman. From the quick respo My family and I recently drove from Lawton to buy a Chevy Traverse and a used Ford Mustang at David Stanley Chevrolet of Norman. From the quick response to my initial internet inquiry to the care received after purchase, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. As most, we were a little skeptical about going to a dealership since we don't like the typical, pushy car buying process. However, from the moment we pulled on the lot, we knew David Stanley Chevrolet was different. We drove up and found the two vehicles already out front to make our viewing of each that much easier. We were instantly greeted and taken to Chris Landeros, with whom I had spoken on the phone. He, by the way, is one of the most professional and sincere salesmen I have ever dealt with. Ryan Otis was also wonderful and very thorough yet quick at getting us through the finance process. From the test drives to drive off, the entire process was very professional and stress-free. Buying a used car "as-is," we knew there may be some issues. The Mustang, bought as my son's first car, died on the way home as the alternator went out. The very next morning I replaced the alternator called Chris to let him know. He came back to me with an offer to compensate us for the alternator, which was not expected since we bought it "as is." This proved to us that this dealership and the people that work there truly care about the customers. The car now runs great, and my son is thrilled. Throughout the entire process, this dealership and it's people showed that they are not just the average dealership... they proved they stand out from the rest. David Stanley Chevrolet, Chris Landeros, and Ryan Otis changed our perception of car dealerships. As long as we are in the area, we will not buy from anyone other this dealership. I owe this place a huge thank you. More

Great End Result Thanks to Robert and Ryan I was looking for something very specific and found it here. The negotiations were long and drawn out due to the management not willing to work with m I was looking for something very specific and found it here. The negotiations were long and drawn out due to the management not willing to work with me regarding price. So I originally walked and looked elsewhere until I saw the price was lowered again. So I got in touch with Robert Arnold. Robert was very professional and helpful. One thing that the pictures of a vehicle can't show is whether or not it was smoked in so I had to fly out there from Florida. In the meantime Robert was very honest and took a few pictures of a few scratches. He was even able to have them buffed out to make it perfect. Robert picked me up at the airport in the vehicle and I was also able to test drive it. He was able to answer all my questions and once at the dealer ship the process was seamless. I didn't have to get tossed around to 4 different managers or anything like that. Robert was there all the way and handed me over to Ryan for the financing. Ryan was a great guy and got me the best rate (better than Bank of America and any others that I tried). The one thing that I appreciated very much is that Ryan did offer me their warranty coverage, but didn't try to hard sell me on it. That is one of my pet peeves with dealer financing, but Ryan was a true pro and made sure that everything was in order. The whole process took less than an hour and I was out the door with my vehicle. The end result was that I got the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted and Robert went the extra mile to have the scratches buffed out. I drove the vehicle back to FL and everything is as expected. Robert and I even went to lunch after the deal was sealed. Deal with Robert and he will take good care of you. More
