First Class Salesman!!! We owned a 2009 Santa Fe LTD and went in for routine maintenance. Even though we were extremely happy with the car, the thought to trade at this time We owned a 2009 Santa Fe LTD and went in for routine maintenance. Even though we were extremely happy with the car, the thought to trade at this time had been on our minds. I noticed a very professional and caring salesman (Nick Dimitris) while we waited for service and approached him to discuss purchasing a new Santa Fe. That turned out to be the best move we made. We discussed our thoughts and needs with him and he immediately began to find us a solution. Even though our process turned out to be a very complex one, he never lost sight of our needs. It was truly a joy to work with him and would recommend him highly. More

After meeting Krystal I knew I wanted to work with her on getting the car. I did my research online, came clear about what I wanted, and found Darion, along with the rest of the team and the whole process there, both pleasant and flexible as well as creative enough to enable solutions, and deliver the deal I was looking for, in a friendly and effective way. I was equally impressed by Ryan Nazionale, the Internet/finance manager who handled the closing of the contract. Also very friendly, knowledgable and responsive – the kind of guy you’d want to close the deal in a graceful way, leaving you with a taste of a desirable long term business relation. Also very helpful and solution oriented – Drew Swaim, and a clear and personable general manager, Billy Hill, obviously driving an effective team there. A cool dealership, responsive and without the usual pressure – lined up to deliver results in a comfortable process. This was my impression of the day and of a follow-up visit since. It's been a year, still satisfied! I realized the other day that it will be a year that i've owned my hyundai very soon. This was the first car and only car so far that i've bought fro I realized the other day that it will be a year that i've owned my hyundai very soon. This was the first car and only car so far that i've bought from a dealership, and no complaints. The team at Hyundai were real easy to talk to about my many questions on buying a car and never once got impatient. I even got the pleasure of being a salesmens first sale, in reward i got to cut the tie he was wearing that day. Thats a pretty cool ritual. Thanks Hyundai of Asheville, see you soon for my one year scheduled maintenance! More

The Genesis story. There's really not too much to say, I had a very reasonable car budget and I pulled into the lot because one of the employees Evo had caught my eye. There's really not too much to say, I had a very reasonable car budget and I pulled into the lot because one of the employees Evo had caught my eye. Never in my life did I think I would walk away with a Hyundai, but the 2014 genesis coupe r-spec is more than what I imagined for a stock car. It does exactly what you tell it to do exactly when and how, and has a finesse to it that Evo's and Sti's seem to lack, almost like a luxury ride quality with a similar 4CT pull; I can't wait to start building on it. Justin was an excellent salesman and he was so down to actually help me weigh out real pro's and cons between the cars I was looking at, you can tell the entire staff at Hyundai of Asheville honestly cares about customer satisfaction over all. Simply put if you're on the market for a new or used car, don't overlook Hyundai like I almost did, I'm extremely happy with my new car and Hyundai of Asheville will give you a 5/5 all gold environment to browse and purchase cars. VERY SATISFIED. :D More

Used car Inquiry Well..first of all, they should have told me the asking price for the car I was interested in...this would have made things run smoother. What really annoyed me was that they often left me sitting while they conferred with other sales persons.... Seemed I watched them talking, talking (Ryan Nazionale)..and it seemed that it was not about my inquiry. Very poor attention to the customer. Mr. Whitmire was very nice and cordial..but I didn't get a feeling of good customer service from the dealership as a whole.. More
