Everyone I worked with—Ken, Ryan, and Daniel—was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Unlike many larger city dealerships, there was no pressure during the buying process. There was a misunderstanding on my part regarding one of the charges that I noticed after I got home with the vehicle. I contacted Ken, and the team promptly addressed the issue and made the correction without any hassle or questions. The entire experience was honest, transparent, and customer-focused. I highly recommend Four Stars Ford to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free car-buying experience. More
