Ryan McLeod is a wonderful, friendly, extremely helpful and hardworking person who spent an enormous amount of his time helping me find the right car--getting multiple cars ready and test driving them with me multiple times or letting me test drive for longer periods by myself, explaining how new technology/new buttons work, listening to the list of things I most wanted and helping me find cars that had the maximum number of these items and were within my budget. Henry Gregoire and Jake Gurzler spent a great deal of their time doing their best to help me get the best possible deal so that I paid the least possible price for my mistake--which had been totally my fault. I cannot thank them each enough as because of their help, I have ended up with a car that is absolutely the right one for me. I love it! I absolutely love Columbia Ford and the exceptional service everyone there provides. I have been an extremely happy customer of theirs for over 20 years, both sales and service, and will continue to be for as long as I own a car. More
