Scary, but worth it. Buying a car is a little scary,.. but these guys made it unregrettable. They have a courteous staff along with an open environment. Ryan was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, giving me all the time I needed to "shop", test drive and ask questions. When he sensed I was comfortable enough to make a confident decision, he simply asked what it would take to make the deal. No games, no nonsense... it was just Let's make this work! When I came back the next day to pick up the car, Gateway's finance manager Robert had all the sale and loan docs professionally laid out and explained clearly, with me on my way in about 10 minutes. Ryan then gave me a thorough presentation of car's features plus a walk through of the dealership's service facilities, letting me know he was available if I had any future questions or problems with the car. Wow! What a quick, comfortable, pleasant car buying experience! The guys I was able to work with are the best! Thanks! More
