Drove 7 hours for a Misrepresented wrecked vehicle! I did extensive research on this vehicle before I agreed to buy it. Salesperson (Ryan) consistently stated that it had a clean carfax and no damage. I did extensive research on this vehicle before I agreed to buy it. Salesperson (Ryan) consistently stated that it had a clean carfax and no damage. I asked him multiple times and he constantly reassured me that it was "beautiful".......took off work for the seven hour drive...480 miles. Arrived at the dealer and was escorted to the car. It was extrememly obvious it had been in an accident and poorly repaired as the rear bumper and fender did not line up , the rear cargo hatch area was damaged and the antenna was not there. I was furious that I was lied to. They made no attempt to rectify the situation and was told if I had a concern to contact their laywer! Sales manager would not even call me to discuss the situation......horrible business ethics. Buyer beware!!!!!! More
