Within the first year of owning our vehicle, it ended up sitting in th experience with Serpentini Chevrolet in Orrville has been absolutely terrible. Within the first year of owning our vehicle, it ended up sitting in their service department for 66 days. That is completely unacceptable. The way we were treated throughout this experience was beyond disappointing. We feel we were lied to, and we believe our money was taken without receiving the service and honesty we expected. A dealership should stand behind the vehicles it sells and treat its customers with respect, but that was not our experience. This has been a frustrating, expensive, and time-consuming ordeal. After everything we have been through, I would never buy another vehicle from Serpentini Chevrolet in Orrville, and I would not recommend them to anyone based on our experience. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere else. They have completely lost our trust and our future business. The dealership responded and they repsonded just to make them look good but DONT GO HERE EVER. More
