He came and spoke with us the day after the purchase when we brought the car in for a couple of things in the service department (good experience as well) and has made a follow up phone call. Joey is a overall great sales person. If he can sell my husband a car he is good. We also worked with Ryan Martin. He was very pleasant as well. He did all he could to get us at a payment that we could be satisfied with. Then on to Bruce in finance. He was very professional as well. So it seems like you have a good team working for you. I just came away from a VERY bad experience at Miracle Dodge and I hope my Nissan experience continues to be great. Thanks Melissa Shrum More

Margret and Ryan were great to work with. I never felt pressured at any time. I had never owned a Nissan and they let me drive several before making my decision and purchase. I also received a very reasonable offer on my trade-in and the overall process was better than I have ever experienced at other new car dealers. The only negative thing I can say about the entire process is Bruce (the finance guy) tried to pressure us into buying an extended warranty. So much so I started doubting my purchase and reliability of the Nissan product. Bruce did a good job, just would get 3.5 stars out of 5 if rating the total finance process. Bruce did get us a better rate than what Ryan initially found, so that keeps the combined/overall rating at 5 or great. More

I live in the St. Louis area, and had been searching for a preowned 2010 Murano LE, and found exactly what I wanted on the Newton Nissan of Gallatin website. I called about the vehicle on a Wednesday eveni a preowned 2010 Murano LE, and found exactly what I wanted on the Newton Nissan of Gallatin website. I called about the vehicle on a Wednesday evening around 7:00 PM, and spoke with a young man named Joey Martin. I explained to him what condition I expected this vehicle to be in, and he offered to immediately go out to the vehicle lot with his cell phone while I was on my phone and give me every detail about this vehicle. I asked about the vehicle options listed on the website, the tire/wheel condition, the overall appearance of the vehicle, etc. He answered all of my detailed questions professionally and honestly, and I immediately took a great liking to this young man. We discussed the price, and he told me what he could do, and offered to discuss the pricing with his Sales Manager Ryan Martin. Ryan called me Thursday morning, and we were able to get together on the price by Thursday evening. Sight unseen, I purchased the vehicle,and Ryan made arrangeements to have it delivered to my home on Saturday afternoon. When it arrived, it was exactly in the condition that had been explained to me, and is absolutely beautiful!! I am 60 years old, and have purchased numerous vehicles throughout my lifetime, and this was the quickest and smoothest vehicle purchase that I ever made.
