If I owned a car dealership, I would try to steal Brian Philips away without hesitation. This is the type of person that makes a company successful. I have to say that it was a pleasure dealing with Bria Philips away without hesitation. This is the type of person that makes a company successful. I have to say that it was a pleasure dealing with Brian. What a refreshing experience to work with a salesperson that comes across as trustworthy, honest, articulate and knowledgeable. I could have purchased from any number of dealerships, but it was Brian's professional attitude that made me choose Gates. The sales ppl were friendly and attentive to our needs. They wanted to go above and beyond to get our business. One example of this is allowing us to take the vehicle we were interested in and bring it with us to another dealer to help compare. they also understood comcerns about mechanical issues we pointed out and were happy to address them and correct them even though some items did not fail on the inhouse safety check. As for the price we give a 4 because we met half way on a price that was offered by another dealer on a comparable vehicle. If we had settled on the sme price we would have given a 5. As for the 4 in quality of work, the vehicle was not ready when it was supposed to be and the cleaning was not 100% (even noticed by the salesman). More

This has to be one of my best experiences in 50 years of buying a car. Paul spent the entire day in making my delivery complete. As soon as my wife and I walked in the door we were greeted with smiles right away. I was at the time leasing a Honda CRV and in the back of my mind I was going to buy it. I had heard great things about Gates and just wanted to check out the Nissan Rogue and my options. Ryan LaPierre was very helpful with working within my price range, and suggest I take the Rogue for a test drive. Paul Bacon explained and showed me all the features of the Rogue, I was sold before I even sat down in the car. Paul was very friendly and made it an easy transition to a new car. Nick Truax was efficient and made us feel at ease with all the paperwork. Gates gets it! More
