I always get a positive experience dealing with this dealership. I find the service rep to be very helpful in showing me options of service versus trying to force something down on me. sad the dealerships around don't have the full lots like they used to but my husband and I are very STOAKED with the Accord sport hybrid thus far as well as are in love with the sonic grey pearl color. tbh they used to but my husband and I are very STOAKED with the Accord sport hybrid thus far as well as are in love with the sonic grey pearl color. tbh if the lot had been full I bet all the nice colors woulda have been scooped already and woulda landed with a bland black white or grey color. That being said it's nice to walk out of a dealership the day you want and barely plan to have a new car you love but there is something to be said for that feeling of being made to order. Yes, there is a lack of control, yes all car companies are trying to only make their luxury models for the price point(let's be honest) and the options are only the ones they give you on a sheet and negotiation is non existent T.T BUT if you get an OP sales person who keeps an eye on the sheet and keeps the customers in mind you could scoop a car whose birthday was less than a week before you go and scoop it from the dealership, and our whole process took about a month, technically like 3 weeks and two days which is actually SOLID for a made to order scenario. We only wish someone would have been able to go through the engine with us and had more specifics on the 'hybrid-ness specifics' of the car as both of us have only had gas chugger cars but the finance guy was honest and to the point, our sales guy was solid and aware and our lovely teach lady covered all the buttons and is available for any questions we find ourselves baffled with. This was a solid first car purchase experiance for my husband as well as in our marriage. Oh yeauh and they let us take pictures with a bow on the car <3 we got to pick the color and everything, it's the small things yall and this team cared enough to do those small things for us xD More
