Kevin was an excellent salesman, and was honest about not only the cars, but about wanting to get me into the car that made me happy. I'm used to salesmen who gloss over the details, but Kevin heard my concerns and when I was unsure, he helped me understand why Vorderman was one of the best rated car dealerships around - he offered to look at/fix anything that concerned me about my purchase, and I knew that I had to buy a car from these guys at that moment, if they were going to show integrity as well as dedication to quality, I was sold. I showed up at 7:20PM on a Wednesday, and Kevin, Ryan and the detail team (and others I'm sure I'm not aware of) stayed until past 10PM to make sure I left happy and with the car I wanted. It was an experience that I will remember fondly, and I'll be bringing my car back for service as long as possible. Thanks everyone for taking care of me, and you guys will always be the dealership I mention to friends and family first. More

Best buying experience ever !! I have bought many cars over the years. Usually, the joy of purchasing a new car is often dulled by the pressure of pushy salesman. Not so at Vorderman VW, Not once did they try to steer me into a particular car they needed to move, or pressure me in any way. Matt Middleton was awesome!! He went above and beyond what he really needed to do work with me. He had a genuine desire to make sure I was completely satisfied. Well done Matt! Also Kudos to Andy ( the unsung hero ) for working his butt off behind the front lines to find us the best deal possible. My final thanks goes to Ryan.
